We came for a date night meal. I was surprised by howI was surprised by how delicious the chicken and beef kabobs were. We also loved the hummus and tzaziki. The best of each that I've found in Fort Collins, especially the hummus. The baklava wasn't typically traditional baklava, but was stuffed with a stringy, melty cheese. We went to Sahtien’s grand opening. We ordered beef kebabs, and the food was AMAZING! The sauces were so fresh, and the spices in the meat transport you to another place. We look forward to many more meals at Sahtien!
